Haven Home was established in 1988 as a shelter with housing for up to ten single women. Ladies are supplied with the simple basics of life: food, shelter, and clothing. Counseling is encouraged addressing their spiritual and emotional needs.

Haven Shelter was opened in 1993 as a shelter for homeless women with children. The Haven Shelter can house up to 4 mothers and 12 children. Haven Shelter is a safe residence for mothers with children, a place to stay while working on getting their lives
