Nova Vita Domestic Violence Prevention Services operates a 30-bed shelter for abused and homeless women and their children. Emergency, safe accommodation is available at no cost to our clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. • Emergency transportation to the shelter available • Comfortable, homey atmosphere • Secured indoor and outdoor play areas • Meals, clothing and personal needs provided • Confidential counselling for women and children • Children able to attend school • Information on legal, financial, housing and custody issues • Referrals to community services and government agencies Call 752-HELP / 752-4357.
