A PROGRAM FOR SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT Passages, Inc. is a grassroots, private, non-profit organization operated by a local, volunteer Board of Directors and funded by the Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Services, Department of Justice, area counties, and contributions from churches, corporations and individuals dedicated to providing safety, protection and support to those caught in the vicious cycles of domestic violence and sexual assault. These contributors all recognize intimate violence and the fact that it is a major problem confronting society today. Passages provides services to ALL survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault regardless of race, age, sex religion, color, handicap, physical condition, developmental disability, sexual preference, or national origin.
